The Challenge

BMW came to Mindglobal with aging wireless and landline devices. Given their lack of a wireless policy and inconsistencies between divisions, Mindglobal desired consistency, and control among BMW’s devices and spending.

The Solution

Mindglobal took all of these pain points and focused on centralizing the wireless TEM. Creating and implementing a corporate wireless policy, it gave BMW the opportunity to establish all controls and policies and rigorously control procurement.

Along with our 24/7 Help Desk aiding end-users with day-to-day needs, the consolidated portals enable cross-division consistency making things easy for employees.

The Results

Thus far, Mindglobal has saved BMW over $1.1MM. Over 330 mobile devices have been eliminated and other devices have been aligned with the necessary features. This allows us to identify usage trends and further optimization opportunities.
